Our international inpatient substance misuse treatment centre provides holistic treatment customized to heal the mind, body and spirit utilizing the 12-Step program and trauma therapy as the guiding principle for recovery.

Our Residential Rehabilitation Program
Crossroads Centre Antigua utilizes proven therapies combined with mindfulness, fitness, and nutrition counseling to create customized holistic treatment plans for each client.
Our inpatient treatment center is client-centered, addressing the individual needs of each client, thus providing the solid foundation needed to sustain recovery.
Lengths of stay range from 30 days to 90 days, with treatment plans assessed every two weeks to ensure our clients are always in the right phase of treatment at the right time.
Inclusion Criteria
- Individuals must be 18 years of age or older.
- Individuals must have a primary diagnosis of substance dependence.
- Individuals with dual diagnosis welcome, but must be mentally and physically stable enough to fully participate in treatment.
- Individuals must have a valid passport for traveling.
Assessment
The client will be assessed via phone or an online platform. Appropriate clients will be notified immediately of approval and assisted with their admission arrangements. Clients can arrive any day or time of the week to begin their treatment.
Schedule
Each client will be provided with a weekly schedule that captures their activities for the period of enrollment.

Who is the program for?
We work with adults from age 18 upwards, however the average age of our clients are between ages 35 – 50 years who are professionals from different parts of the world.
Our clients originate from as far as South Africa and Japan to closer at home, as in the Caribbean region. Our only requirement is that you communicate in English. Most of our clients are from the USA, then the UK followed by Canada.
What are the therapists’ credentials?
Our therapists are trained at master’s level, with additional certification in their specialized areas and many years of experience in the field of addictions.
Is Crossroad Centre accredited?
Our inpatient treatment center is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which ensures that the highest ethical standards in treatment are met. We are also HIPPA compliant and stand on the principle that the client’s care comes first.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not currently accept payment directly from your insurance providers but will work with you to get your treatment cost reimbursed once it is covered by the company. We can provide an EIN number and will guide you through the process of submitting a claim. We also partner with an insurance advocate to ensure you obtain your due reimbursement.
Are you an abstinence based program?
Yes! Crossroads Centre is a 12 Step abstinence-based addiction treatment center that blends medical expertise with clinical therapeutic ingenuity that guides our clients to living a life free from dependence on mood altering substances.
Are Scholarships available?
Yes, The Crossroads Foundation offers financial assistance to reduce the treatment cost for those who meet the financial need guidelines. You will need to complete a simple Financial Aid Application form, which the admissions department will email you if you provide your contact details.
